Spraying

At Arborez we are fully qualified to deal with your spraying requirements. This could be in the form of:

Herbicide—a substance that is toxic to plants and is used to destroy unwanted vegetation.
Insecticide—a substance designed to destroy insects
Pesticide - a substance designed to destroy organisms harmful to plants or animals, as well as insects.

Each substance is designed to target specific or multiple vegetation, pests, diseases or living organisms without affecting others. This is why it is essential to only allow someone qualified to apply the chemicals in the correct manner. Failure to do so can result in serious consequences. The chemicals used can be extremely harmful if not applied safely and correctly. Spraying is usually required to suppress weeds and this can be done on either a small scale such as a moderately sized garden or on a large scale such as woodland or field boundaries.

Another frequent requirement for spraying is to spray conifer hedges, usually Cuprocyparis leylandii, for conifer mite or conifer aphid. Sometimes referred to as spider mite or red mite, once conifer mite or other conifer pests of the same nature are established in a conifer hedge, they can go on to kill the whole hedge. Arborez can destroy these pests and save your hedge.
